Certainly there are other houses that shows better the typical construction of Minho-Portugal!

But, despite everything it's a good photo, like some other's you take!

This is a typical medieval house of Guimarães' historical center as I said in the description; this isn't a typical construction of Minho-Portugal ;)
The typical houses of the north of Portugal are very different as you well know, they are made of solid granite stones and a very characteristic look ("solares mninhotos").
